Two historic Newtown locations
Rich in character and history.
Friends Home Campus
Established in 1897, the Friends Home Campus is located in the heart of historic, walkable Newtown Borough. The center of activities here is Paxson Hall, named for its founder, Judge Edward M. Paxson. This dignified, century-old stone building is home to personal care residents offering unique private rooms - no two are alike. Independent living residents at the Friends Home Campus enjoy a variety of apartment styles.
Friends Village Campus
Offering a variety of independent living apartments, the seven-acre Friends Village Campus is surrounded by gardens and a park-like setting just one mile from Newtown Borough. At its core is Styer Hall, the historic Styer farmhouse. Converted in 1981 to serve as the center of the Friends Village Campus, the dining room, recreation room, guest rooms, and a number of social areas are found within Styer Hall.
